About The Artist : Scott Peak

Scott is a meteorologist in the Navy who lives in Manly, and also runs the ‘Power Living’ yoga studio in Neutral Bay with his brother.

”Growing up, I was always interested in cartoons and comic books, and spent lots of time drawing.  However it wasn’t until recently that I decided to put some of these drawings into paint and have found that painting, like yoga, is a wonderful outlet for expressing feelings and an activity where people can totally be themselves that is both free and empowering."

"My paintings today reflect experiences I have had in the world and how I choose to view them: full of fun and colour.  In each painting, I hope for something that is visually exciting and provides a fresh and happy aesthetic experience for the viewer."
