Re-Arna
is a professional singer / dancer / actor and choreographer, most recently performing
in and choreographing for Channel 10's "Melbourne's Comedy Festival Gala
2004", (working with Magda Szubanski); and prior to that, "3 to
Tango" (singing / acting show produced by KL Events). She was also a cheerleader
for the Victorian Giants (2002-2004), and has performed as the lead singer in
various mellow rock bands. Re-Arna is a regular performer
at Crown Casino in Melbourne, performing with the famous voices of Simon Gallaher,
Julie Anthony, Tony Lemond and Barry Crocher, as both a singer and dancer. She
has also worked on the set of programs such as Stingers and Secret Life of Us
as a featured extra. Her modelling includes a feature in
a catalogue for the Salvation Army, and photographic work for the international
campaign “So Much Power” Vitamins (Thailand). She
is a member of "Katumba," Melbourne's hottest Salsa Dance Company, currently
performing at 'The Flower' Port Melbourne and at 'Rio's' in Richmond (Victoria),
and backup singer for Sydney based band "A.D". She currently works as
an "SDC Agency" Manager, promoting underage dancers
for all underage events.
She travelled to
Sweden, London and Paris with the Global Rock eisteddfod, and is looking forward
to more travelling in her future endeavours.
