& Dancer (North Caulfield, VIC)
Based in Melbourne, Tara recently relocated from the Gold
Coast to fulfill her acting career. She is an active performer with
interests in acting, dance, music and circus arts.
On the Gold Coast she performed in over 15 musicals, fulfilling
roles as principal dancer, choreographer as well as singer and actress.
She has trained with professionals at NIDA, VCA and TAFTA and with acting
coaches such as David Myles, Tom McSweeny, John Orcsik and Louise Talmadge
to name a few. In 2003, Tara returned from Malaysia where she was the
lead vocalist and dancer in the successful Cabaret Show "Lush".
In less than a year of being in Melbourne, Tara has appeared
in commericals, 5 short films, and most recently was cast as Sarah on
Stingers. Currently she is rehearsing for the role of Thomasina in the
play Arcadia by Tom Stoppard. She is a Melbourne Storm Cheerleader,
doing constant dance, acting, guitar, singing classes and even circus
classes at NICA!
Tara is interested in connecting with other actors, dancers
and people in the performing arts industry.
