Teresa first took up firetwirling in 2000 and over the
years has developed her own unique style of fire dance. She is also
a bass player and acoustic guitarist, having played bass in several
northern beaches bands for the past 15 years including ''VOSA', and
the classic local surf band 'Tunnel Vision' with ex World War XXIV singer
Bird. She has recorded several CD's and performed live at venues around
Sydney, and played support act to headliners including Screaming Jets.
In 2003 Teresa performed bass on a live CD recording with
irish folk singer Dara Quinlan,
harpist Cliona Molins and
Neil Ohlbeck on steel guitar. She also performed at various events including
the final performance for the Manly Arts Festival event 'Illuminati
- The Electric Body'.
Between designing websites Teresa continues to play music
and firetwirl. She enjoys experimenting with compounds that when mixed
with fuel change the colour of the flame.
