Call for Artists: Recycled Materials art Sculpture Competition

Cowra Council, Cowra Tidy Towns and Urban Land care are holding a recycled materials art/sculpture competition (RAFCA).  The competition takes place from 19 July 2010 to Friday 24 September 2010.  The purpose is to use recycled materials to create a sculpture of an Australian Animal. 

Materials must be within the following categories:  Paper, plastic, fabric, wood, metal, rubber tyres.  The sculpture must be offered for permanent acquisition.  Prize money for the Open section will be $5000, for the minimal entry fee of $2.
