Digital Mediums is a boutique firm
located in Brookvale offering a complete printing
service for photographers and artists. We specialise
in fine art printing, canvas printing and giclee reproductions.
All aspects of production are carried out in-house
in order to give you complete flexibility and to assure
you receive the best possible quality and personal
service at extremely competitive prices.
What makes the Digital Mediums product so unique
is a process we have developed whereby we cover the
canvas with a virtually invisible, ultra matte, archival
PVC coating. This serves to protect it and is a technique
not used by any other canvas printer in Australia.
None of the colour vibrancy or original texture of
the canvas is lost when the coating is applied and
the superior durability the coating provides means
the canvas is resistant to moisture, UV fading and
scuffing. The back is also covered to protect it from
mould in damp or temperature variant environments.
The final result is so durable it can even be wiped
clean, and if dented, left in the sun to re-stretch
so it is as good as new.

Specifications |

| Printers : |
| We use large format, photographic inkjet
printers including the Epson 9600, 7600 and
4800. |
| |
| Inks : |
| Our 75 year archived inks (i.e. they will
last 75 years indoors without fading) produce
incredibly vibrant colours. |
| |
| Canvases : |
| We use a high quality cotton-poly matt canvas
with 97% white. |
| |
| Matt PVC Covering : |
| Our canvases are covered with an invisible
matt PVC which gives them durability, extra
UV protection, water resistance and an anti-glare
finish. If your canvas gets ‘dented’
simply place it in the sun for 10 mins and
it will re-stretch. |

| Stretcher bars (frames)
: |
| We use high quality kiln dried stretcher
bars that have a depth of 32mm (i.e. depth
from wall). They are custom cut ‘in-house’
which means no limitations with sizes. |

| Stretched sides : |
| We can add stretched sides to your image
if you don’t want it to be cropped.
This means the image stretches around the
sides of the frame without losing any of the
original photo. |

| Image Editing : |
| We are able to edit your images using Photoshop
should you require it. This is charged at
$60 an hour (with half an hour being the minimum). |

| Sizes : |
Smallest size we can offer: 12cm x 12cm
(5” x 5”)
Largest size we can offer: 3 metres x 1 metre
(118” x 40”). |
