Cyberfire is a Canberra based Fire and Light Dance troupe which uses several aspects of dance, circus and theatre in its performance. With a mix of Modern fire twirling and the more traditional tribal styles of fire dance we create a unique and exciting show for all ages and occasions.

We use fire and light to tell stories through dance as well as entertaining our audiences with improvised dance and acrobatics. Through use of fire swords, staff and poi we can create a style for every occasion from traditional folk, to hardcore techno rave. As well as dancing with fire, we use electronic "cyber staff" technology allowing us to bring an element of futuristic cyber-dance to our performance.

We use high quality fire equipment and professional "fire water" which burns very cold and without odour so we can perform safely indoors or out. We have a high emphasis on fire safety in our performances and all the members of our troupe are trained in first aid. One of our performers also holds a fire warden certificate. Should there be any problems with use of fire, we can do our performance entirely using the light technology. Cyberfire perform regularly at Garema Place, Canberra City, on Friday nights, and are available for corporate and private events.
