Gigz is a non-profit organisation based in Sydney Australia. Gigz mission is to help musicians to commune, share thoughts, contact each other and find a place to collaborate. Gigz, with the help of its sponsors and affiliates, creates a friendly and fun enviroment where musicians can perform, have fun and be discovered!

Gigz.Org started off as an online website where they publish articles, artist profiles and events for the local Sydney community. In the last six months they have become very pro-active in organising special nights, such as their regular Wednesday night Jam Session nights @ the Hotel Hollywood. In doing so, Gigz hope to educate the general public about the independent sounds of these commercial genres of music (ie., latin, r’n’b, jazz, world music and reggae).

Gigz invites performers to join and become involved in this active community. They provide a free profile on their website, along with demos, photos, videos, discographies etc. Becoming a member is easy, and free too. Visit their website below to register.
